High Energy Absorption (EA) with lower Reaction Force (RF)
Low Maintenance
Performance adjustable by varying initial pressure

The main construction of pneumatic fender consist of 3 layers : Inner Rubber and Reinforced Tyre cord and outer rubber. The above components are mould vulcanized as one body under high pressure after they have been assembled. Furthermore, Each Fender is shipped after confirmation of its pressure-proof through actual pressure test.

All production process are in accordance with ISO 17357 Technical standard following Recommendation of OCIMF.
